Shipping & Returns
 

 

· Shipping & Delivery
All in stock items will be delivered to you within 7 days by the following methods:

- Small items or several small items up to 2kg in total will be delivered by Royal Mail. The cost for this will be £3.50
All areas within the UK (Including Highlands & Islands) can be serviced using this method.

- Larger, Fragile or many small items items weighing in total over 2kg will be delivered by courier and will need a signature upon delivery.  The cost for this will be £7.50 per order.
Excluded from this delivery method at this cost will be any Highland / Island addresses. The cost for delivering orders over 2kg to these areas is as follows: For orders in excess of 2kg the cost will be £15.99 per order

 

We are happy to try and accommodate any urgent delivery requests.

· European & Worldwide Delivery.
For European orders totalling between 2-20kg the courier cost will be £21.00 in total
For Non-European deliveries greater than 2kg, please contact us for a bespoke quotation
All weight limits quoted for international deliveries are volumetric weight and can vary from actual weight - If your ordered item has a high volumetrice weight (Large size, Low weight) there may need to be a surcharge - We will contact you before accepting the order if this is the case

For all orders we will email you that your order has been dispatched and provide tracking details if applicable.

As a signature may be required upon delivery, we allow you to change the delivery address at the checkout stage to facilitate delivery to the most convenient address. Courier drivers will not leave parcels without a signature, 3 delivery attempts in total will be made free of charge. After the 3rd unsuccessful attempt the delivery will be returned to us the sender. Any request to re-send the order to you will incur another delivery fee.

· Returns policy
Under the distance selling regulations you have a “Cooling off” period of 7 calendar days. Therefore any unwanted items you have ordered can be cancelled within this period and either returned for a refund of your original purchase price and delivery charge (delivery charge will be refunded Pro-rata for multiple purchases within the same order). You as the consumer will be liable for all costs (If order has been dispatched by us) in returning the product to us.
Some items are excluded from this policy:
- Items that have been specially ordered or customised for you.
- Items that have been returned without original packing, cello wrapping, boxes or defaced in any way rendering the goods unsuitable for selling as new items.

Please enclose a copy or details of your original invoice and what you would like us to do for you (I.e. Exchange / Refund etc.)
Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receiving items back to us in the same format as was originally paid.

·Faulty items
Items that are found to be faulty can be returned within a reasonable period this is usually the manufacturers warranty period or your statutory rights whichever is greater. You as the consumer will be liable for all costs in returning the items to us. We are unable to arrange the collection of any return items

·Incorrectly supplied items
in the unlikely event an item is supplied incorrectly by us, we will request that you return the item to us for which we will refund all reasonable costs upon receiving the item back. A refund / replacement will only be issued upon receiving the incorrect item back to us.

·Substitution
We may substitute any product for an exact alternative without contacting you and getting agreement beforehand.
